Why we built it

ChattyBox started with a problem we saw web agencies face: clients wanted a chatbot, but each website meant repeating the same setup and ongoing maintenance.

We built a self-serve way to connect published content, test visitor questions, and embed an assistant. Your website stays in place; you choose the source pages and keep them up to date.

What we do

  • Use selected public website, help, FAQ, and documentation pages as sources for visitor answers.
  • Let you test answers and source links before embedding a widget styled for your site.
  • Keep separate website projects in your account, with pooled plan allowances.

What we do not

  • We are not a full helpdesk, client portal, or live-agent inbox.
  • We do not read private account pages, make bookings, or confirm live availability.
  • Source links are not an accuracy guarantee. Review answers and fallbacks; some fallback answers may have no sources.
